Returns & Exchanges
COMPLETING A RETURN:
Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase at FunnBagz.com for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original product packaging.
To complete a return, contact us on our website or email us at support(at)funnbagz.com for instructions. Please provide us with your full name and order number so we can look-up and verify the purchase on our website.
PLEASE DO NOT send items back to our fulfillment center or directly to the product manufacturer. After receiving your return request, we will provide you with full instructions on how to package the item and where to send it.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be accepted, unless the error was caused by us.
100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE:
We will accept a return for any reason, as long as the item is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Please keep in mind that unless we made a mistake, (ie: sent the wrong item, damaged or defective product, etc.), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
REFUND PROCESSING:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable):
If you have not received your refund within 7 days, be sure to check your bank statement or contact the bank directly. It can take up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and officially posted.

EXCHANGING AN ITEM:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We clearly describe each of the products on our website, so if you've made a mistake or accidentally order the wrong item, you'll need to return it for a refund and place a second order for the correct item.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
If you would like to cancel your order, you must submit your cancellation request within 24-hours. Any cancellation request made after 24-hours will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
BULK / CUSTOM ORDERS:
All custom-made orders are non-refundable. This includes any order with a unique design that is not available on our website or provided by the customer. Bulk orders of 5 or more units can be returned for a refund, but will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
GIFTS:
If you'd like to return an item that was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent by email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be provided to the gift giver.
